A lot has happened since the last time I was consistently updating the Life Rustic blog… But, to summarize: We made our way back to Colorado, spent about a year in Colorado Springs, and eventually ventured down to our land in Alamosa.
Let me just say, that I am a lover of communication — the sharing of ideas and experiences through photographs, music, writing — I dig it all. So why, then, do I sometimes feel uninspired after spending a portion of my day scrolling through my various social media accounts?
I had just asked for a sign, some sort of guidance, in a prayer the night before, when I’m contacted by the high school where I’d graduated over a decade ago. They need an English teacher, they tell me. Would I think about sticking around for the coming year?
